My family and I would like to send our deepest thanks and appreciation to the Murray GM staff. We ran into some serious truck problems while coming back from a trip to Minot. We arrived at Murray GM just after 5:30 on Friday, August 13th, not thinking we would get much help at that time and day, we were very pleased to find the doors still open. Upon explaining to one of the sales persons what our situation was his mechanic Kirk came out to look at our vehicle. After a quick listen to our Trail Blazer we were informed that it would probably not make it back to Regina. We were totally devastated, but appreciated the honesty, with 3 kids and all of our luggage and parcels, what we were going to do? Well, that is when we found out that there are extremely kind, thoughtful and courteous people still around and they are all working at Murray GM Estevan. The sales person then got on his phone and within a few minutes we found out that we would be receiving a loaner truck so that we could all go home at night. Somebody at service started on paper work, a very kind mechanic gave a stuffed toy to my 11 month old son and then another sales person came out to give my 3 1/2 year old daughter a stuffed teddy bear so she could have a toy also. They continued to console us and reassure us everything would be fine. We found out that while they were now doing all of this work for us, they were also getting ready for a car show that weekend. At no point in time did any of the staff make us feel that our bad luck was an imposition to them. Here we were making them late to get home to their families but they were doing everything in their power to make sure that my family and I would make it home safely. After filling out the appropriate forms we were given the truck so we could unload our vehicle and reload everything into it. The generosity doesn't stop though as the sales person helped my husband and I to transfer over all of our belongings. The other sales person and the service girl continued to be compassionate as I was quite upset.

Your business cards state the absolute truth - "Our Reputation Is Your Guarantee". We have never encountered such upstanding and caring people. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that your staff has done for our family and you should be extremely honored to have these people representing your company.
